I am on Windows11 and tried all the steps to install Turbo Tax 20222 Premier version with no success. I also worked with their tech support for two hours with no success. At the end on the call, they said that it is not compatible with Windows11 and recommend I use their online version or to uninstall Windows11.

The instructions on the packaging says it works on Windows10 or later.

Next, I called Dell support since I have a Del laptop. No success with them as well. They did go and look at their documentations and sis that TurboTax is NOT compatible with Windows11. At least I got a straight answer from them,

There is some other issue with your personal computer using the Windows 11 OS.

I have installed the 2022 Premier desktop download edition on both my Dell desktop computer running Windows 10 and on my HP laptop running Windows 11.

Don't know who you spoke with in TurboTax support but they are flat out wrong. The 2022 TurboTax CD/Download editions support Windows 11.

Another thing you might check for is whether you've fully installed the latest Windows 11 OS update.

A partially-installed Windows update has been known to block operation of TurboTax.

An update came out on the 10th of Jan that may have partially-installed in the background, and is waiting for you to reboot your computer.
