    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on Windows11 and tried all the steps to install Turbo Tax 20222 Premier version with no success.&amp;nbsp; I also worked with their tech support for two hours with no success.&amp;nbsp; At the end on the call, they said that it is not compatible with Windows11 and recommend I use their online version or to uninstall Windows11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The instructions on the packaging says it works on Windows10 or later.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, I called Dell support since I have a Del laptop.&amp;nbsp; No success with them as well.&amp;nbsp; They did go and look at their documentations and sis that TurboTax is NOT compatible with Windows11.&amp;nbsp; At least I got a straight answer from them,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is some other issue with your personal computer using the Windows 11 OS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have installed the 2022 Premier desktop download edition on both my Dell desktop computer running Windows 10 and on my HP laptop running Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't know who you spoke with in TurboTax support but they are flat out wrong.&amp;nbsp; The 2022 TurboTax CD/Download editions support Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to this TurboTax website for the minimum system requirements for the 2022 TurboTax software -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/tta-system-requirements" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/tta-system-requirements&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another thing you might check for is whether you've&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt; fully &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;installed the latest Windows 11 OS update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A partially-installed Windows update has been known to block operation of TurboTax.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An update came out on the 10th of Jan that may have partially-installed in the background, and is waiting for you to reboot your computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
