    <description>Attempted to manually install updates from their website, and that shows "superpatch installed", but starting TurboTax after this puts me in the same exact loop.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I also attempted all this as admin, and with firewalls turned off.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;What next?</description>
