If you bought the wrong tax year then you can return it and buy the correct tax year.

I was told I cannot get a refund...no reason given

If I cancel this order and order again am I going to have to pay (which I won't do)

I have nothing to return

I cannot understand why Turbo Tax can't cancel and remove/invalidate the the license code I have been provided and provide another for 2022

So basically I am asking for a swap

As stated I will not pay any additional money

please advise !!!

You have a License Code? It can only be used to activate the Desktop CD/Download program. Are you trying to use it for the Online version? No. Online is separate from the Desktop program and they are priced differently. If you are in the Online version now you can just leave and abandon it and not pay for Online.

We don't understand about about the wrong 2021 code. You need to call in and try to explain it to support.
