Open Recent Command Does Not Work

Using TurboTax Premier 2022 for Mac, Ventura 13.1. When I try to use the "Open Recent" comand from the "File" menu, it does not ever show the tax file that I have recently worked on. I can find my file from using the "Open Tax Return" command from the file menu. I always "Save" the file, but it never shows the file on "Open Recent". I have talked to a live Intuit support person for 2 hours when this first happened after I downloaded the product in November 2022, and they acknowledged this error (no error code). There has been 4-5 updates to TurboTax since then and nothing has changed. Suggestions anyone?

You might have to contact them again.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)

Note that there will almost certainly be critical updates in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for the reply. The wait on hold is pretty bad, almost an hour the first time, then 2 hours to get to someone that understood how to help, and then no resolution. I think I will wait for more updates.

I have the same problem running Big Sur 11.7.2. I have also done many updates, since the first install from the CD. Turbo Tax must be aware of this glitch. Allan

There is no need to update your tag (unless you want to change it for some reason).
