Go back to My Info and verify the names you entered in that section. They must be spelled exactly how they were entered in My Info.

Also, click on Review on the left side of the online program screen to see if any forms and/or schedules included in your tax return have not been finalized and the date they will be available.

PLEASE...do not file now.....wait until all tax forms you need to enter have been sent out at the end of the month. Any interest income 50cents & over must be included too..

AND....your post indicates you signed up for LIVE...you are paying extra for that...have you talked/messaged with your LIVE agent yet and had them help prepare your file?

"signatures" where? e-filing does not require signatures only the prior year's Adjusted Gross Income. If certain forms have to be signed then you can not e-file so you print the return and sign and date where needed.
