      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not clear what you mean "mentioned" installment.&amp;nbsp; Installment agreement is something you choose as a method of payment for your tax.&amp;nbsp; You then fill out a 9465 and file it with your return.&amp;nbsp; there's no decline in tax owed because an installment request can be declined by the IRS.&amp;nbsp; If you didn't file one, the IRS will likely debit your full amount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
