&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a&amp;nbsp;Qualifying&amp;nbsp;Child: The individual cannot be your&amp;nbsp;Qualifying&amp;nbsp;Child&amp;nbsp;and cannot be someone else's&amp;nbsp;Qualifying&amp;nbsp;Child.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
