Fidelity Discount not applied

The Intuit page (linked from Fidelity) says a download of Premier is available for $5, but when you click on Buy Now, the price is $105. How do I get the $5 price?

You most likely need to contact Fidelity.

Yeah, I failed too and gave up (and just bought it , though an Amazon download would be far cheaper) ......I failed to get the $5, even following the exact directions from last year, starting from within my Fidelity account....I even created a series of pictures that showed how it worked for the 2021 Premier download.

Try again sometime next week, maybe it'll get fixed...or call a Fidelity Rep and indicate there's a problem and maybe they will look into it. IF enough Fidelity Costumers call in, they'll realize there's an issue.

Something else you might try, that I thought "might" work.

1) Check which browser Fidelity forwards you to.

2) Log out of Fidelity and shut down that browser entirely.

3) Restart the browser . You need to have a TTX account to purchase anyhow.....so if you have one, go log into your TTX account. (if you don't have one, you may need to create one)

4) Then, in another tab log back into Fidelity, scroll down to the TurboTax link they provide and click on it.

5) When if forwards you to the TTX buy page, click on that Premier Download Buy.

See what happens then (and make sure it's only one purchase too). I had later thought that having my TTX account open from the beginning in another tab might work....but I'm really guessing.
