Here is how to run smart check in TurboTax Online:

Sign into your Online account and select Take me to my return.
Then select Search in the upper right corner and type smart check (see screenshot below).
Next select Jump to smart check (see screenshot below)
This will take you directly to the smart check section of the program.

Smart check allows you to review your tax return at any point in the process.

Here is how to run smart check in TurboTax Online:

Select Search in the upper right corner and type smart check.
Next select Jump to smart check (see screenshot below)
This will take you directly to the smart check section of the program.

Hi all,

I apologize for jumping in here. I have TurboTax software so I don't know if that makes a difference. When I type "smart check" in the search box something called smart reporting comes up and it's not related to smart check. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

The Search feature is a bit funny.

You enter smart check and click on the jump-to link, but you have to ignore any suggested search terms...instead, just type in smart check and hit Enter. Then you will see the jump-to link, which will take you to a part of the Federal Review.

NOTE: if you are a Mac software user, you can't do a Search; instead, you have to find smart check in the Topics List.

Sign in to your online account then select "Take Me To My Return". Once you're there select search in the upper right corner and look up Smart lock. This will take you directly to the Smart Check section.
