TurboTax 2022 Premium wont install on Windows 11

I bought TurboTax 2022 Premium from Costco few days ago. I tried to install software on my windows 11 PC(with latest OS update). I start installing software, then accept agreement and immediately giives me error. I keep getting this error "The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid". Appreciate your help!

run chkdsk on your C drive

chkdsk run as Administrator passed and no error in Stage1-3. Thanks for responding.

Two things I did - a) connect my CD reader to USB-A port [instead of USB-C] b) Login to TurboTaxHelp.com [ to ensure site is up & running thru installation]. This time installation went past and brought up the TurboTax update screen and installation was completed.

Tried to download and install multiple times. YES my machine is more than compatible:
Windows 11

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

No JOY

Called the customer NO SERVICE computer and no JOY

Tried to load from CD No JOY
