You can use online TurboTax on an iPad, but if you are asking about using the CD/download, no. The CD/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac. Mobile devices do not meet the system requirements for the desktop software.

No, the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions do not support a mobile device.

You will need the TurboTax mobile app from either the Apple Play store or Google Play.
