@jlawrence10125 unless you selected electronic funds withdrawal and provided the correct account and routing numbers, payment was your responsibility.

@jlawrence10125 - can you please provide more details on why the IRS says you owe morea?

The way the TT guarentee works is if the software has a bug and it causes you to be liable for penalties and interest, they will cover that. they will not cover the tax itself.

However, if the error was caused by the user, i.e. there was a data entry error, they will not cover that situation at all.
