There is no such "refile" button in TurboTax. What tax year?

What are you trying to with your tax return and why.

Or was "refile" a typo? Are you trying to e-file? You cannot e-file anything at this time. E-filing is permanently closed for 2021 returns (or earlier years) and has not yet opened for 2022 returns. You will not be able to e-file a 2022 return until late in January. Tax year 2022 has not yet ended.
