Is Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed) still supported?

Pentagon Federal Credit Union has not updated in Mint for over two months. Pentagon states they no longer allow Mint to “scrape” data. Please clarify status.

Mint no longer supports Pentagon Federal Credit Union mortgage accounts. All other Pentagon Federal Credit Union accounts will continue to update as normal.

To confirm, none of the PenFed accounts are updating. It started with first blocking mortgages and has since expanded to all accounts. PenFed customer service states they are not allowing Mint/Intuit access sue to data scraping. Can a Mint representative please comment on status and expected resolution if any?

This is something you need to take up with your bank as it is they that no longer allow mint access to their accounts not the other way around.

After not syncing for a couple of months I noticed that PenFed transactions have been syncing for the past week or so. In the meantime I switched to Chase as my primary checking account which has synced just fine. Sorry PenFed--if you refuse to support modern conveniences for your customers you will get left behind.
