I set my cashapp as a business account on accident not knowing what I was doing, and used it as a personal account by having checks from my employer that were already taxed direct deposited into it and things like that. I have since corrected it to a personal account, but cashapp support says i will still need to file the paperwork for the time is was under a business account if I had more than $600 deposited into it ( my checks are regularly $600 and often much more), I’m im really just trying to figure out who to talk to about this to make sure everything is correct, and make sure I don’t get taxed a third time or anything like that.

Well we will have to see that instructions the IRS puts out on this matter since you will not be the only person who did this by mistake. The CC reporting companies warned you late in 2021 & again in early 2022 to make sure you were using the app correctly and about the change in the reporting requirements however the IRS has not yet posted specific filing instructions on how to report it on the tax return. Ask again next February if you don't find any resolution by then.
