I would like to order 2022 4 forms1099nec, 4 1099 misc, 4 forms 1096.

You can go to the IRS web site and enter in the form you need and then download them so you fill and print them out. Such as 1099-nec (with the dash) (Make sure you pick the correct year - in case more than 1 shows up)

Why do you need 4 for the 1096 Transmittal? That is the total of all the MISC & NEC forms. Or do you have 4 different businesses? And do you know that Turbo Tax can prepare them for you? You can use Quick Employer Forms either in the Online Self Employed version or the Desktop Home & Business version on your computer.
