      <description>&lt;P&gt;If he lived with you for the entire tax year you can claim him as a qualified relative and you will get the $500 credit for other dependents.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Claiming your BF will not make you eligible to file as Head of Household.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sorry--but saying that he is disabled does not get you any other extra credits or deductions.&lt;/P&gt;
