      <description>&lt;P&gt;there is a tax credit for used EV's, but it does not kick in until 2023 and it is limited to autos costing less than $25,000..... so, in your case, there is no tax benefit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that even if this was 2023, it is what is called a "non-refundable credit", meaning it reduces the tax on Line 16 of Form 1040 by the LESSER of Line 16 or $4,000.
