@cehrgott - did you request the CD? if so, then you need to watch the FIRST SCREEN when you go to your advantage account and ENTER the activation key from the CD...THAT will kick off the process to download the software from the website (with a new activation code).

Just a thought....if you see it there, and there's no download button?

Last year, for awhile, it depended on what browser you were accessing the download site thru.

Don't recall which it was, but switching your login from Chrome to Edge (or the other way around) worked to get the download button to show up.

@SteamTrain - I went through this as well. if you ordered the CD, then there is no download automatically available for Advantage customers..... to validate that you really received the software, TT requires entering the activation number off the CD at the TT ADvantage website and THEN it will make a downloadable file available (with a new activation code).

the first screen after login will say, "let's get started with your download" and Enter your license code to confirm your purchase and retrieve your download. This code can be found on the instructions that came with your CD.

Why isn't my 2022 tax available. I filled it out. I was just reviewing it. Now I can't find it.

No I did not download the CD Why do I need it. My computer doesn't use CD's. I want to download online.

@Lotp If you purchased the 2022 software from TurboTax as a download then you need to sign onto your download account using the same User ID and password that was used when the software was purchased.
