What tax payment? You paid the Turbo Tax fees? You mean your Refund? Sorry Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the IRS sending the refund. It's up to the IRS. When did you mail your return? Mailed returns are taking a very long time like over 10 months. Only the IRS can tell you.

Hey Volvogirl! Thanks for responding but I am talking about Federal and State taxes that I owe. Turbo Tax asked for my bank information and I agreed to let them process my payments(tax due). This was about a month ago but they still haven't processed my payments.

@rogerstroh-rehab but if you did not e-file your taxes, then the payment information wasn't transmitted either......so that is why your bank account was not debited....
