Would I qualify for TT free edition? My return is very simple but my only income is reported on 1099-div and also a Roth conversion on which I paid quarterly estimated taxes on. I see that the free edition supports "limited" 1099s. What are the limitations?

Dividend income reported to you on a Form 1099-DIV is entered on a federal tax return Schedule B.

The TurboTax Free online edition does not support Schedule B. You will need to upgrade to the Deluxe edition which does support Schedule B.

Go to this TurboTax website for the forms and schedules supported for each online edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/free-edition.jsp#tax-forms

How much are the dividends? You only need Schedule B if interest or dividends is over $1,500.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-product-orders/turbotax-free-edition-right/L9JrkQ3NP_US_en_US

You can start in the Free Edition and upgrade if you you need to.
