If you have Windows look in your Documents/TurboTax folder.

Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software installed on your computer? The tag below your question says TurboTax Online. When TurboTax Online saves your tax return, it is saved in your account on the TurboTax server.

If you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software in Windows, the box at the top of the Save dialog shows where the file is being saved. See the screen shot below. The default location is the Documents/TurboTax folder. You can use the folder pane on the left side of the dialog to navigate to a different folder. I assume that it would be similar on a Mac.

if it's desktop the normal default would be c:\users\user name\documents\turbotax\. but you can save it anywhere on your computer
