TurboTax calculation error?

Received CP11 from IRS. They agree with my adjusted gross income and taxable income, but claimed my total tax was $1775 short with their number. My number was calculated by TurboTax. Is this a TurboTax mistake?

@longjiao-gmail-c - can you please look at Line 28? did you claim the child tax credit? did you a child between the ages of 6 and 17?????

My line 28 was empty. But I do have two kids between 6 and 17.

1) did you receive the Advance Tax Credit for $1800? check you bank account for $300 per month from July - December, 2021.

2) what years were you two children born?

3) what is the amount on Line 11 of Form 1040.

4) were you aware of the child tax credit as it is curious they you didn't get this money. Did you all live in the US for at least 6 months of 2021? All US citizens or resident alients? All have SSNs?

Yes, I received the credit. This should be the reason, then. I hope they never give me the credit if I need to pay back with interest and penalty in the end!

@longjiao-gmail-c - that is why I asked what was on Line 11..... in many cases you do NOT have to return the advance, but if you income is high enough, you do.
