The only difference between a Form 1040 and a 1040SR is the size of the print, so that you had a 1040SR is not an issue at all. It is too soon for you to use online TurboTax for a 2022 return. The software for online will not be available until early December. If you are trying to start a return online, wait----come back in December.

The software for the CD/download is available for 2022 returns, although there will be many updates needed.

How did you do 2021? Did you use the Online version to do 2021? Are you trying to Transfer into the 2022 Desktop program? You need to have the file ending in .tax2021 on your computer. Or are you trying to transfer from a PDF file? And are you on Windows or Mac? There may be some limitations on transferring a 1040SR return.
