      <description>&lt;P&gt;is that a joke? any changes make this software unusable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will this require me spending hours as everyone else describing this problem, has alluded to? so i spend hours on the telephone, and eventually we crack the case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
