Efile option not showing for 2022

I am not able to see the efile option, it says I have already filed using paper file, that was chosen only to preview what was going to be filed

How do I go back to efile option and it says clearly on their website that we can efile till October 31st 9pm EST if the filing was started but not efiled; surprisingly the support is closed till Monday, lots of people look at this on weekends not sure why there is no support at all on the weekends

If you have not mailed it yet you can try to switch to efile.
In TurboTax Online, sign in to your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2021, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you back into your return).

You have until October 31, 2022 to file a return using the TurboTax online editions. After that date the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2021 will close.

E-filing of a 2021 tax return closed after October 17, 2022.

You will have to print, sign, date and mail your tax return to the IRS. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.

To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return where you can make any changes to the tax return. When completed go to the File section of the program. On Step 3 select the option for mailing your return.
