When will TurboTax 2018 process the $7,500 credit from Form 8936 worksheet through Form 8936 to Schedule 3?

I have filled out Form 8936 Wks in TurboTax 2018 Home and Business, but it has not carried through Form 8936 and found its way onto Schedule 3. I can't afford to file my tax return without this $7,500 credit.

The Form 8936 for tax year 2018 will not be finalized until after the IRS has approved the Form for filing. As stated in the TurboTax step-by-step instructions for Energy-Efficient Vehicles. See Screenshot

As of this date the IRS has not yet provided the 2018 Form 8936 and instructions.

For a Form 8936 -

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on
Under Cars and Other Things You Own
On Energy-Efficient Vehicles, click the start or update button

While the answer is correct in terms of how to enter data, TurboTax still calculates the credit as $0.

The software is nowhere yet finalized for tax year 2018....

The software is nowhere yet finalized for tax year 2018. There will be several updates during December and January so what you are experiencing now should be corrected in the next few updates.
The IRS has yet to announce when they will be accepting any type of 2018 tax return, but it probably will not be until sometime near the end of January or maybe even February due to the tax code changes and the changes to the federal tax forms.
