Cannot Re-download from Amazon

I am trying again to get an answer. I downloaded Turbo Tax for 2021 from Amazon and my computer later crashed. The hard drive was recovered to flash drives but if I go in to the TurboTax 2021 Inataller.exe and try to re-install it I get an error that says "Turbo Tax CD appears to be damaged" I have gone back to the Turbo Tax order on Amazon and the download option is no longer there. Any idea how I can get this re-installed?

The download is there, but Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find. The only way I've been able to find mine is by using the link provided in the original email from Amazon that I received immediately after ordering. I have found no way to locate it through searches on the Amazon website.

I was just having this same issue, but I just figured it out. So I thought I'd share in case you are still looking for an answer. Go to Your Account; then Digital Games and Software (under Digital Content and Devices section at the bottom middle); your TurboTax purchase should show there under Downloads and Codes; the license code will be the 16 digit code next ot "Activation Key". Hope this helps!

Ah, so that is how Amazon intends for you to find it. They just made difficult to find, not impossible.
