I was charged $25 for e filing on 9/16/22 and the return was rejected. I paper filed and should I expect a refund of that charge? My email is [email address removed] and the home phone is [phone number removed]. Don Bachleitner

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
