You might have more than 1 account. Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

There is not a download code if you purchased the TurboTax software from the TurboTax website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

You only need to sign onto the TurboTax download website with the User ID used to purchase the software so you can download the installation file - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads

When you are installing the software on your computer you will be asked for the license code to complete the installation.

Did you buy the download from Turbo Tax? Or did you buy the CD and trying to use the download method with the License Code? Please explain more. What error message do you get?
