What if i dont have a bank card to pay turbo tax for preparing my taxes and my refund is less than what u charge?

The options for paying your TT fees are to pay upfront with a credit card or have the fees deducted from your refund. IF YOU QUALIFY, there is a free version of the software you could use. You would have to START OVER using a different account and user ID.
