I filed 9/20/21, adjusted 9/02/22 , completed 9/23/22 when will I receive check? Been 2 weeks now.

Amended returns can take 6-9 months to process.

@Sam2380 Only the IRS can tell you when your check will be mailed to you. TurboTax receives no information from the IRS about your refund.

Only the IRS can tell you that ... did you check your online account yet ? Maybe the transcript will tell you when the check was mailed. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Get one mailed to you for free ... read the instructions listed here : https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Why would IRS mailing a transcript be any faster than IRS mailing a check ?

If the OP is looking for answers they must look in the right places. Calling the IRS is impossible, the taxpayer advocate almost as bad ... so transcripts are the next best thing.

You can try to call if you like. Maybe they will need to put a trace on the missing payment.

Mail or fax a completed Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund
