What record?? Not on record where?? We don't know what you are referring to. Are you saying you log into your TurboTax account and can't find your return you prepared in Online TurboTax, and it's acting like it wants you to start one? If so, you may have multiple accounts without realizing it, and we can help you find it.

Or do you not find your info when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

Or what??

I am trying to do 2022 taxes and it will only let me do the 2021. I do have the 2021 it was printed and sent off yet it shows not done. And now I can not get into doing the 2022 I need some help with that because your system won't let me do the new year taxes.

May I ask, are you signing into the same TurboTax account that you used to do your 2021 taxes?
