&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are a plethora of ambiguities in the Code and Regs (not to mention IRS interpretations via Revenue Rulings, et al) so you really cannot be sure the IRS will treat anything that is ambiguous in your favor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
