amended return rejected

I filed an amended 2021 tax return on Aug 27, 2022 and received an email from TurboTax (also on Aug 27, 2022) stating

“Your amended federal tax return was rejected and needs to be resubmitted”

it goes on to say

“once you've opened your return in TurboTax, the details about what needs updating will be displayed.

From there we can walk you through making the updates you need and help you e-file your return. If it isn't possible to e-file your updated return, we'll make sure you have everything you need to print and file your tax return by mail.”

When I opened my return, there are no details about what needs updating nor guidance to help e-file my amended return.

How do I determine why my amended return was rejected and how to fix it?
