I am not saying that this is your problem, but there is a nation-wide problem with stolen SSNs. This happened to me a few years ago when I discovered that my return was rejected each time I tried to file. Contact Turbo Tax first to see if there is another file which contains your SSN. Then contact the IRS asap and give them the information.
