Is there a way to file this year's taxes online?

The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2021.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2017.

If you were excepting a tax refund on the 2017 return it will not be paid. The time to file for a 2017 tax refund was on or before April 15, 2021.

I'm not expecting a refund. I just need to file it. I can't do that online here?

Sorry, no. TurboTax only support tax years 2021 thru 2018.
