A CD is not downloaded. If you purchased a CD from the TurboTax website it will be mailed to you.

If you purchased a Download on the TurboTax website then you have to sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that you used to purchase the download software.

Please restate your question ... did you buy the CD and install the program from the CD ? Or did you download the program ?

Or are you trying to access a completed return ? Can you open the program and then the file ?
