I have tried numerous times to import the 2021 1099 form from etrade securies to my turnbotax permier. What can I do? I need help!

Skip the import and enter the info manually or call TT support tomorrow for assistance.

As an active investor, be aware that your category Box A or Box D sales without adjustments do not require Form 8949, so there is no reason to import or key in those transactions.
Instead use the "enter a summary" option to put your numbers on Schedule D Line 1a or Line 8a.

I had a similar issue. My advice is to manually enter it by yourself. Otherwise, please call TurboTax customer service to seek their help. I did both, and finally none of customer service representatives can solve this issue. Good luck
