    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Mud,&amp;nbsp;new W4 is fairly simple. You need to fill up step 1 and step 5. Step 2 to 4 needs to be filled up only if required. Do you have multible jobs or if you are filing as Married filing jointly does your spouse has W2 income (step 2), or do you have children who you can claim as your dependents (step 3), or do you have other income like interest or divident income (step 4)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
