I had lost of repair cost while driving for lyft that i did not claim and i could not figure out how to add it to my taxes can you help me

Hi ajunglebum! Not fun to have costly car repairs! You can definitely amend your taxes. If you used TurboTax to prepare your return, that is very simple just like when you prepared.

If you entered in your information and prepared your return yourself there is no charge for you to prepare and file your amended return.

But if i need help doing this with one of the experts?? I know i have over 5,000 in repair cost and and maybe a lot more cause i had to have motor replaces that was 10,000 alone but not sure if i can claim it on this last year or this coming tax season
