&lt;P&gt;This error appears to be related to network connectivity issues with TurboTax. Please try the following to resolve the error:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/installing/help/how-to-disable-your-virus-protection-software/00/25615" target="_blank"&gt;Temporarily disable&lt;/A&gt; any antivirus or firewall software you have running.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Eject your CD if it is still in the drive.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you are using wireless internet, try connecting your computer directly to your router or modem with an ethernet cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disable any proxy settings you have active.&lt;/LI&gt;
