required activation code everytime I open

This just started happening:

I go to open turbo tax and it says needs to update. I agree and then it asks for activation code.

Turbo tax says you can use activation code up to 5 times however its been more than 5 times now and it won't allow me in.

I googled and the notes I found were a glitch, resolve by turning off firewalls, rebooting modem, restart program and none of this has worked.

Any suggestion on who I can contact, I need to get into my account and finish my taxes.
