I have completed the T1198. Will the T1198 automatically be included with my 2025 tax return when I file using Netfile? Is there something else I need to do?

Error preventing netfile form T1198

I am getting an error that is preventing me from netfiling. I was issued a lump sum retroactive payment and was provided the details for the T1198 form. However when I try to submit I get the error. "On form T1198, line 68519 can't be greater than line 68518. Additionally, line 68519 can’t be greater than the sum of lines 10100, 10400, 12799, 12800, and 13000 on your T1 general. Review your entries." My pension income does not get recorded on these line as it is recorded on line 11500. However it is my understanding that I should be able to use the form T1198. Is there an issue with the tax program?

How do I remove unwanted Expert Assist feature?

I am so frustrated with this **bleep** app. I recieved an email this afternoon for 40% off all Turbo Tax products, so I clicked the link to start a new file for my 2025 taxes and made a point of navigating to the other products and selected the self help option of Turbo Tax Self Employed. It showed this version as $36 (40% off the regular $60) and after clicking continue, I got a popup that said "Congratulations - we have upgraded you to Live Expert" and now when I go to pay for my Turbo Tax product, the price has been bumped up to $66 with no option to remove the unwanted Expert Assist features. This is just such bad business practice, and bordering on criminal. To top this off, I've now been on the phone for the better part of the afternoon with support who don't know of any way to remove this "upgrade" and the only solution I did get was to create a whole new Intuit account which means all my frigging tax information from previous years goes missing. This is just so **bleep** greasy. Is there any way around this??

! clicked ignore on a review question now I can't Netfile

I tried to netfile but it says I'm not eligible, I realized I clicked ignore on the sale of personal property during the review process instead of clicking applies to me and clicking the No button. Can I go back and change this?

Unable to Netfile due to Override error

In 2025 I am unable to Netfile due to an Override Error in Schedule 5 due to my Dependent infirm child over 18's address declaration. I was able to Netfile in 2024 even though the field was overriden then. Please advise? Is this a Turbotax 2025 bug? I purchased Turbotax specifically to Netfile through the software. Why would things have changed from one year to the other?

While I am trying to do netfile of my T1135, I am getting this following error:

Lakshminarayanan, TurboTax found issues that will prevent the creation of a valid file that is necessary to use CRA's NETFILE service. You have two options:
	Click here to contact TurboTax Technical Support. Give the technical support agent the error code "xml2025".

I have downloaded a bunch of T5008 entries from CRA and fixed the "capital gains" and "Disposal dates" on all the entries.

Can you please help.

how to enter Transfer Under Paragraph 60 form when unlocking LIRA

In 2025, I unlocked a LIRA. Half of the LIRA went to a new RRSP. My bank correctly sent me a T4RIF for the unlocked half that goes to the new RRSP, and a transfer under paragraph 60 form to show it was a direct transfer to a new RRSP. How and where do I show the transfer under paragraph 60 form? The RRSP contribution Summary just makes it look like it was a "normal" contribution to a new RRSP.

Everytime I try to file a new return it brings me to 2025 tax return. I have to file my 2024 tax return first but there is NO information, link, answers, details, suggestions on how and where I can file my 2024 tax return. Can anyone help me find the link or customer service (a real person who can answer my question specifically) so I can start my 2024 tax return?

I am getting an Error 35 when trying to file my mother's taxes for 2025. She passed away in 2026 so I understood everything should be 'normal for 2025' but is this the reason I am getting the error? Also, when I print the tax forms to mail in, it is asking for a signature from her and my dad to approve the pension splitting. How do I go about that if I have to paper file?

This error has been least for days when I want to NETFILE my return.

"This should not have happened. Don't worry - your data has been saved.

Our TurboTax application has stopped working properly. It rarely happens; we're sorry it happened when you were using it.

Maybe the puppy helps, but you're probably mad and we're already hard at work fixing it.
