      <description>&lt;P&gt;Couldnt get premium to go away on phone app. So I filed with free on web and everything seemed FREE as it should be for someone with 2 w-2's . Then a week later recieve a premium receipt with entire different order number with the fees costing over half of my refund and have tried everything to get my money back from intuit turbo tax .. I've been told it'll be back on card that I received the return on in 3 business days. Then nothing. Then called again to be told 10 business days and dealing with a guy who was rude and didn't even check my file to see what was happening. Now 3 refund requestes laster I've gotten denied immediately and now waiting over a week for nothing but some email that says track my refund request and so I tried that and it gets me no tracking . I'm at witts end with this. My first receipt with order number is $0.00 .. I had 2 w-2s why would I need premium services for 2 stinking w-2's??!!?? Then to have under half of my federal show up in my bank like hey thanks for using turbo tax free edition . This is the last time ugh. Somebody for the love of GOD refund this mistake .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this problem with TurboTax for several years now. I finish my taxes and am ready to e-file, and--this year--TurboTax says there is a problem with two credit cards I tried to use to pay the $25 state e-filing fee. The problem is not with the credit card issuers; they inform me that TurboTax did not contact them to authorize a payment. My profile at TurboTax must have a software glitch that doen't accept my credit cards. Last year, after several calls and long waits, someone at TurboTax found an alternative way for me to pay the e-file state charge. Can you help me this year? If you won't accept perfectly good credit cards from me, please offer me an alternative way paying you to e-file my state (NH) return this year. And please try to fix your software so that I will not have this problem every year. It is quite frustrating. One way to fix it would be to offer a version of the desktop TurboTax software that includes "free" state e-filing as well as "free" federal e-filing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to mint (I had mint account long time ago but never use mint website features), I just tried to add some credit cards on mint website, so that I can view transactions of all credit cards in one place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, mint only pulls in approximate last 3 months of transactions data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Questions: Does mint keep transactions viewable for more than 1 year? For example, I just added chase credit card, and the last transaction is in July 2023. Will mint keep this July 2023 transaction viewable for more than one year?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does mint keep past transaction data viewable for a long period of time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The purpose for me to use mint app to track credit card transaction for some inactive credit cards: if a credit card does not have any transaction in the past 12 months, then I will make a small transaction to keep the card active. If there is transaction in the past 12 months, I would like to know(view) it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used Debt relief company to pay off my credit cards that I was behind on. One account the balance at settlement was $1560 above&amp;nbsp;the agreed upon amount to pay creditor off. This has been paid in full for the agreed upon amount but the collection agency that the creditor used sent a 1099-C for the amount of $1560. Am I supposed to report this amount even though I paid the creditor the agreed upon settlement? Should I have received this form from the collection agency?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It stated that the email address already had an existing account, but when I tried to log in, it said, "Account doesn't exist, create account here" or something similar.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my CarMax auto finance account linked in Mint for years. Then I noticed it has not updated in the last 2 months and is showing as inactive in my Mint account. I tried to update it and it asks to send a security code to my phone number via text or call. No matter which option I choose, I get a phone call. It says it’s Microsoft account authentication and says to complete my sign in to press the # key. I do that and it says it’s successful and then hangs up. But the prompt within mint is looking for a code which I cannot get. I can sign into my CarMax account directly and get the security code I need with no issues. Is this a glitch in mint?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
