We withdrew my husbands retirement in may. I believe they took the taxes from it when they sent us the check. Where would I get the form to report it?

You will be receiving form 1099-R reporting the retirement withdrawal. Please enter the form into TurboTax exactly as it appears and follow the interview questions.

•  Type 1099-R in the search box, hit Enter
•  Select Jump to 1099-R blue link, the program will take you directly to that data entry (see pics).
