I have a form 2016 Ira fair market value and 2017 required minimum distribution statement. Where does that get entered?

You should have also gotten form 1099-R for the minimum distribution. If you did, just enter that information in TurboTax. You do not need to enter information from the other forms. Just keep them for your records.
