Pennsylvania does not tax pensions from retirement, why does turbo tax not pick up on this on the state files ?

Pennsylvania does not tax pensions from retirement, why does turbo tax not pick up on this on the state files ?
You need to go into the PA questions and answer the question about your pension selecting "I'm eligible: Plans Eligible" if your pension is one that should not be taxed.
