I do not have a 1099r and it keeps asking for info

You may need to delete the form from your return. 

To delete your 1099-R Form:

• Click on the Federal Taxes tab,
• Click on Wages and Income
• You may see a prompt for your 1099-R but if not, click on 
• Check for More Income and then Skip to See All Income
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security, by the Blue dollar sign icon
• Click on Show more and Update for your 1099-R
• Then click the Delete with the blue trashcan icon
• Select Yes to confirm.
