I am 67 and currently receiving social security benefits, but I am still working and putting money into my 401k . Do i need to enter my Social security benefits.?

Yes, you must enter your social security benefits from your SSA-1099.  The fact that you're working and still earning income will affect the amount of your social security that's subject to tax.
